I love this store!! I have shopped here for many years and love all this store has to offer. The selection of European foods is incredible! I love the selection of sandwich meats, cheese, and fish! The canned and jarred goods have a good variety, as does the dairy case. I love all the treats and chocolates that are available too. The store carries all sorts of European foods that you can't get in a regular super market, and they do so with great prices. My favourites are poppyseed cakes, the various fish roe (caviar), and chicken dumplings. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Great place for food shopping! I give this place 5 stars!!!

I had a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food is very fresh. My favorite is the caviar and of course all the other Russian delicacies We had traveled to come to the store all the way from Sidney (Vancouver Island). Keep doing a good job!! Thank you very much!

I like shopping there , they have a lot of good products from different European countries and also they have a professional staff who always help you with your shopping

It is a bigger store than the one I was before with Russian and other European food. I love a lot of things there that I can not get in a small town I live. So many delicious food !!! The service was fantastic ! It takes me a few hours to get to Vancouver and the girls packed the stuff very well, was very helpful with advice and explanation about food and brands they have. They let me tried a couple of things so I could make a decision "to buy or not to buy'. Definitely, I'll come back here again.

A quest for white balsamic vinegar brought me to this West End gem. Friendly welcome and no pressure as I examined almost every item on their shelves at close range (forgot my glasses). Wide selection of quality candy and chocolate, cold meats, smoked fish, specialty breads, condiments including the elusive white balsamic vinegar and interesting prepared foods that demand a return visit. With the disappearance of small businesses downtown this shop is an especially good find.

Lots of nice hard to find European foods in here, prices are reasonable.

Good variety of European Food, mostly from ex-ussr, but not first freshness

I am obsessed with Russian chocolate and was absolutely thrilled when I discovered that they sell "Visit" — a chocolate I have been searching for high and low. I also picked up some chips, crackers and caviar. I felt that everything was fairly priced. They were friendly, but not overbearing. I felt very comfortable in their store!

The selection is excellent! Ive been searching for real selyodka (солёная селёдка) for years and finally found it here. They make it exactly right!!!! I was hosting a work event once and they were able to prepare selyodka pod shuboi and blini for it. It was all ready on time, very well priced, AND SO SO tasty!!! It was just like grandma used to make - I even shed a tear. My guests were also very impressed and everything was gone in no time! I love going there to get pelmeni and kvass. And the selection of caviar is just great!

Very clean place

Have been going there for over 10 years, and I love everything they sell. But most importantly, I love the staff, they are always very helpful and accommodating. I come all the way from Victoria and get a large order, not once i did not enjoy my produce. To all the NON-Russians or any other nationality that complain about the service or the quality of the product PLEASE dont shop there then, there are plenty of other garbage stores around Vancouver so take your negativity elsewhere! Nice selection

Good Eastern European food.

My favourite place to buy chorizo sausages. Contrary to other reviews my experience with the staff working there is always amazing. They are always smiling and always ready to help. 5 stars for service

An absolutely great store - clean, neat, bright, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by plethora of authentically Russian good quality food choices. Not to mention a fantastic customer service. The shopkeeper Elena is such a warm and welcoming person. She radiates niceness and is always ready to help you. Worth noticing that the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whether Russian or not.Thank you! It’s been a while since I had Russian food on my Canadian table. 😀🤝

The store is cool, there are many products that you will not find in ordinary stores.However, I wonder if the sellers of Slavic appearance really stopped speaking Russian? Today I tried to buy eggplant caviar, but the young lady did not understand me (or did not want to understand). I found caviar, and the question arose. Thank!

I was three days ago, the staff is excellent, they smile, they help with the choice. I bought croquet .... sunflower seeds .. the delights ... the choice of food is great! All are friendly and will definitely return. The store is great! The location is very convenient. Everyone who envies this business - envy silently. obligatory will return.

I love this store. A huge assortment of meat , cheese, fish and much more. Yesterday I bought Marzipan, which previously could not find in other stores and delicious gifts for Christmas . I am very glad that I found this store.

Love this place. Here I can buy products that are hardly or almost impossible to find in any other grocery store, like horseradish with beats, Ukrainian style perogies, homemade sauerkraut, Russian black bread, wild smoked salmon and of course caviar. They also have a good deli department with a huge selection of meet and cheese products and prices are lower than in any other store.

Good selection of products, nice staff. If the container were still zeroed while weighing the caviar, it would have been wonderful at all :) There really is a delay, but this is apparently a disaster for many Russian stores in Vancouver.

I shop there all the time they have delicacies cold cuts especially the Prague hamgreat cheeses salmon caviar all sorts of delicious stuff the girls there are very helpful very attractive and very nice. I always stop at cobbs bread which is on the corner and then I go here to get delicious things to fill it up they also have great pickles and all sorts of delicious Ukrainiandelicacies in all the girls are wearing masks and clean their hands.
